Did you know...

There are three types of cleanings?

Preventative Cleanings:

These standard, bi-annual preventative cleanings keep your mouth happy and healthy.

Gingivitis Cleaning:

This cleaning is necessary for patients who may not have seen a dentist recently and have more than just routine plaque and tartar buildup.*

*In this instance we cannot perform a preventative cleaning until your gingivitis is reversed. This cleaning can only be performed if periodontal disease has not been discovered.

Perio-Therapy:

This advanced therapy may be prescribed if your exam show signs of periodontal disease and bone loss. Using Laser Gum Therapy, we try to reverse periodontal disease and bone loss.

*In this instance we cannot perform a preventative cleaning until your periodontal disease is reversed.
